you should be able to achieve your dreams without money or legal stuff getting in the way

The Internet has made it easier than ever to start the business you've always dreamed of. But money and legal are still two big barriers to making your dreams possible. I'm passionate about fintech and crowdfunding, because it's democratizing access to capital for those with a vision of what the world can be. And I'm passionate about legaltech because laws are our social agreement about how things should be, so why is it so out of reach for everyday people?

Hi, I'm Amy.

My Mission:

I’m determined to bring democratize access to legal counsel and capital.

Problem 1: Laws are supposed to be by the people, for the people. But most people and small businesses cannot afford an attorney.

Problem 2: New businesses need access to capital, but that's traditionally been in the hands of the old boys' club.

Problem 3: A strong economy and job creation depend on innovation and small business formation. But small business formation has been in decline for years.

I want to enable greater opportunity for entrepreneurs and small businesses by creating opportunities to address these two needs.
